SALUS-Haus is a German company that manufactures herbal health food products, herbal infusions, medicines and OTC drugs, including the popular brand, Floradix, which contains iron, herbal extracts and fruit juice concentrates.

Floradix and other products had been available in Japan already, however, after some changes in the management of the former importer, Salus Haus decided to start a distribution evaluation project in Japan by mid of 2021 and entrusted San-Ten Consulting with the search. A few weeks later, San-Ten Consulting presented their findings and discussed promising candidates with Salus Haus.

After this first selection round, San-Ten Consulting continued to contact the Japanese companies and getting their interest in a future partnership. Eventually, joint online meetings with four potential partners could be arranged to introduce each other and directly discuss partnership possibilities. San-Ten Consulting further supported Salus Haus in the final selection process and beginning of 2022, a sole agency contract could be closed with the new partner in Japan, TakeTrading Co.,Ltd.
